We purchased a 11 1/2 inch ceramic smiley girl baseball player, #2112 on October 25, 2013 and paid via PayPal. The website said delivery will be in three to five weeks. We waited five weeks and called on December 6 for a status. The lady said she was behind and try to get it out. As of December 16, 2013 we have not received the product.
