I purchased a Canon 5d Markii On March the 25th from their website and paid with my Credit Card. The very next day Sunday, I got a call from a guy name Scott supposedly a Salesman asking me if i need any lenses or flash, I ordered a couple of items from him and at the end of the call he said your total is $4250.00!! I told him that I wanted an itemized invoice to see if I am OK with the prices. He told me I will have it the next Day Monday. On Monday no email no invoice and their Office was as usual closed in for Jewish Holidays for two days. I got a notice that the package had been shipped without my authorization of the invoice. I emailed them to ask for the invoice and two days later after the package is already in Transit I get an email with a fishy invoice for a total of $4250.00 which was not right. I emailed them back telling them that I was very upset that they did not email me the invoice like I had asked prior to shipping. No one called me or emailed me back. I get a package that next Monday which did not contain a
Canon 5D Markii as I had ordered but some other random Camera. I tried to contact them again Monday no answer Tuesday No answer due to them taking Monday and Tuesday again for Jewish Holiday. I finally got a Hold of that Character Scott or whatever his real name is and he told me that in our conversation I had agreed to an upgrade to the other Camera which is by no means a better Camera which I did not order. He said if I return the package he will charge me a restocking fee which was bogus because he had said on the phone that if I did not like any of the items I am free to return but no mention of any Restocking Fee! These guys are thieves from
New York with not even a voice mail or real operation praying on public trust. They should be ashamed of themselves. I am pursuing this all the way to teach these thieves that I am not going to let them cheat me or steal from me. I would recommend everyone to stay clear of this company if it is in fact a Company. I am charging back the transaction and would love to take these guys on in Court if they have the Balls to show up in front of a Judge with so much bad publicity on the Net with A Track record of a Felon. Again I have never been cheated like this with this company and that is why I am taking time out of my day to make these guys pay for it.
