I bought a pair of shoes from hotshoes2013 and they used YourSpay.com as their credit card company. I've contacted them 3 times as I've been waiting for over 2 months for my shoes and they've responded every time but simply saying they'd forward it to the company I bought the shoes from. The 2nd time I e-mailed they sent me a confirmation saying they were finally sending my shoes out, but never did so. I feel sick and do NOT understand why this company is still up and running. I should have known with the costumer service responding with uncapitalized i's and saying things like plz. I am also very worried my personal information is out there.
