i took my yellow lab for his third haircut and directly told the groomer not to shave his chest too close because on two prior groomongs i had told them but with no satifaction, that he is very sensitive in that area and develops a rash. ON this occasion i had to take my pet to the vet for atopical priscription!!! I truly believe that after a reasonable amount of time they could and should get it right!!! I truly believe that this facility does not meet arizona health standards and it's groomers have no certification
