We had a wind storm and it bloew shingles off my roof. Mind you this was September 2102. My bathroom ceiling in leaking and I lost a $3500 theatre system from the water. My insurance company tells me it is normal wear and tear. Alot of my pieces of corrigared roof flew over my house and landed in the neighbors yard acrosss the street. John Zeeman from Lindsay Cunninghan came out to access the damage and he deceided it was normal wear and tear. I was denied. The next accessor Kevin Givens just shook his head when he saw the damage. Per Lindsay Cunningham and NY Property Insurance I am not allowed to call them. My Broker (Agent) is John, Allstate insurance Company, (Personal Information Removed). I have been with this insurance company for 2 years and these are the only 2 claims I have put throguh. They denied me and refuse to pay out. I have witnesses from across the street that live in the apartments that have kids - they can't go in their yard because my corrogated sunroom roof pieces are in their yard. I have asked them not to remove it until I have another accessor to be here, which makes 3 and they refuse to access the damage through Lindsay Cunningham which is their accessors for NY Properties. They are claiming there was no wind storm which occurred September 7, 2012. According from my broker from Allstate, John Kot, this should be 100% covered.
