I ordered Cyvita and paid on my credit card. I cancelled and carefully made sure I followed the cancellation process after receiving the tablets.
A few months back my boyfriend started receiving Mens magazines that he never had ordered. I just noticed that the magazines he is recieving with his name on the shipping label has been charged to my credit card. I haven't looked at all my bank statements yet, but so far I can see a charge of $24.95 every month since November 2012.
I called the phone # associated with the charge and they asked me for my name. They couldn't link my name to any of there information since it was shipped to my boyfriend. After looking up his name they found it. I am so upset! I never agreed to any Magazines to be charged to my account nor did I ever choose any particular magazines. It is such a fraud and scam. I have reported it to my Bank and they will help out by investigate this. I can't believe how they can send something to someone that never ask for it and bill me. They looked up our address and sent magazines to the male living on same address. Such a fraud!! I will never order anything like this again.
