My daughter was involved in a fatal head-on traffic accident two years ago and had required multiple surgeries for broken neck, knee, shoulder and ongoing. She found what looked like a legitimate pharmacy for getting pain meds. SHe called and was given a quote of $250 for 120 which was a savings from what she had been charged. The website said they took MC and Visa so she filled everything out and was promised free shipping. The next day she was called back and told they had problems with their Visa and she would have to wire it Western Union, which she did. the next day they called and she was told they were out of that quantity, that they only had bottles of 500, but because it was their mistake they would send them for an additional $250. So she sent that again WU and was promised next day delivery. It didn't happen and after several calls because her number seemed to have been blocked she was told for "packaging charges she needed to send an additional $148. She still has problems from her accident and she called me and informed me about everything and that the shipping guy "George" had actually threatened her said "you stupid woman if you were here I would slap you until she were dead". I called and first spoke to Mark who repeated basically the same story about being out of that quantity and told me to call George. I called George and he said my daughter was rude and he was mad, but she still needed to send $125 and the shipment would be sent out that day and arrive the next day. Not wanting to distress my daughter I agreed to make the payment and again sent it Western Union. After no arrival we both called both their numbers and our numbers were blocked (they say that they don't do that). When immediately called from other numbers they didn't know they immediately answered and when they found out who we were told us they were working on it and would call us back in five minutes, or call right back. After a couple more days of trying I again got through to George from a number unknown to him and he was apologetic and gave me some song and dance about the person I send the WU to had ripped them off and they were in the process of straightening it out, but if I wanted to speed things up I could send another $125 and he would ship our shipment immediately and include a WU money order made out to me for the $125. Today, by tricking them and calling from other numbers I got through and was told because they were sending the larger quantity that we would need to send an additional $250 and we would have it tomorrow. I said BS, I made a deal to send the extra $125 which I had done and I was supposed to get reimbursed. He (Mark) then said well just send $150 and you will have it tomorrow and hung up on me. After a few hours I got through again this time to George and he said send $150 or we get nothing and I could do whatever I wanted to do about it. I am a retired investigator, but still have contacts with many different agencies and will gladly spend more than the $750 we already sent them to get them for interstate fraud and any other thing I can do to get them out of business. It was my intent to help my daughter establish a lasting relationship that she could use when she needed them.

I don't know if I'm allowed to give my email addy on the forum so if u could let me know, we can find some way to talk, please. I'm not an investigator or anything....just a burned customer of sorts.
