This Company somehow got hold of our company's information and sent a remittance letter detailing if we wanted to avoid penalties from the Secretary of State for failure to file a Statement of Information that we should remit a payment of 225.00 to this P.O. Box (with no contact information in the letter). This letter is very misleading and confusing. A TOTAL SCAM! PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR SECRETARY OF STATE IF YOU RECEIVE SUCH A LETTER.
