I was offered a free sample from this company via a link on an email sent by a survey company of which I am a member. The "free trial" incurred a $7.95 shipping handling fee (which on the website I have since seen quoted at $3.95). On the subsequent page of the online order form further details of the "free trial" were disclosed, and at the bottom of the page was the question "Do you still agree?" with two options to click on, one being "Yes" the other "No". I clicked on the "No" option, not that it mattered because they promptly sent me emails to confirm my order for the "trial of Anti-Aging System"(12/3/13), and shipping confirmation (15/3/13).
These emails assured me that I had 17days from shipping date to phone their company for an "Return Merchandise Authorization", and 30 days to return the products from shipping date.
The number they gave on the email was fully automated, and despite me calling 3 times (min) at various times of the day I could not get the auto system to recognize either of my phone numbers, or get a response in any fashion from an actual representative.
In frustration and disgust I sent and email of complaint and request for an "RMA" (5/4/13) to Pure Collagen Skin, to which no response.
Finally today (10/4/13) in desperation I visited the website and found and "Easy Cancel" option. I registered my cancellation by entering my email address, consequently the next web page confirms my cancellation, BUT then informs me that I will be billed for and amount of $39.95 TODAY (What Cheek!) and may retain the product (Well Hell Yeah, I guess I just paid for it now!). I had no money in my account and had to rush forthwith to the Bank to deposit money to accommodate this cunning company and it's unethical business practice.
