I accidently ordered 4 hours of cleaning on one of your deals and when printing noticed it said "Idaho only". I contacted KSL and received an email that you were looking into it. This was suppose to be a surprise for my Mother's 83 birthdaY. Out the money, will receive no service since we are in Utah!!! Now cannot afford to get an alternative gift, no funds.
This makes me sad because I order your deals alot but now I do not feel that I will get a refund if wasn't what I wanted and have not even received service.
Please, look into this ASAP. My mom's birthday was March 9th, I ordered late around the end of March.
Sick over the lost of $79.00. I am disabled and on a fixed income so this has set me back financially.
