I came across a ksl.com ad stating that for $79, I would receive four hours of cleaning services at my home. I thought GREAT idea, now I know what I can get for my Mother's birthday (83 so she has everthing)only to realize the voucher was for Idaho residents only! Long story shorter--couldn't afford anything else so tried for over a month to get my money back.
I have contacted ksl.com severaL times by,mail with no response. Do you think you can help since it does not look like ksl is willing toO0 make any additional effort.???
Really thought that KSL would care more about their customers. I have purchased other items from their store and most have worked out ok.
