If you have a grievance with this company do not give up fighting for a refund. On 7th March I ordered pro lift serum @£1.99. I received this on 13th March. On 22nd March £84.71 was taken from my credit card. This gave me 9 days trial.As the cream was useless I returned the item and phoned to cancel any more supplies. On my first phone call I was offered a £48 refund. I did not accept this and was told someone would contact me in 48hrs. No contact was forthcomming. After 7 more phone calls, in which I had to go all through my problem again and again, I eventually got an email from Karen the customer servive manager. More communication ensued but eventually I was offered £60.I would not accept this and after a full heated discussion I was offered £75 refund. I believe they are given guidelines as to what to offer customers and the longer you argue the better the offer gets. As this only left me out of pocket by £9 I deceided to take the offer. I wish I had looked at this web site before I got involved with this company and their fraudulant trading tactics. We should just grow old gracefully and accept our laughterlines. DO NOT GIVE UP FIGHTING FOR A REFUND!
