I went to thier add on the internet it stated I would only have to pay shipping and handling cost of about $5.00 for the atarter kit.. a fee days later I checked my bank account and they charged my credit card $99.00!! I am very pissed at them and myself for falling for this.. tryed calling customer support to cancel any future chage to my card for their monthly filter,s..got the runaround now I have to probly pay my bank $20.00 tp stop payment on anything the try to charge in the future..may even have to order a whole new card!!!
