On April 14,2013 I ordered the starter kit.It arrived on April 20,2013.On April 29,2013 I discovered $99.67 was withdrawn from my checking account from Saphire E-Cigarette.I called the number on my checking account statement (18884976566)only to discover it is not a valid number.Through research on the internet I found a number for customer service.I called the number and was connected to a recorded message that answered calling me by my name.I was given the option to cancel or continue at a lower rate.I never had an option to speak to anyone.I cancelled.The next day I found another number on the internet.I called and was told my money could not be refunded even if I returned the product because I cancelled it.The representative argued with me and told me I had the option to speak with someone before I cancelled future shipments.This is not true.The recorded message never gave me the option to speak with anyone and I called several times before I cancelled.When I called customer service I wasn't satisfied with the man I spoke with and requested to speak with someone else.He told me I could call anytime I wanted and I would be speaking to him.
