Thought it is a sample when placed order online with payment request of postage and handling fees within 10 pounds, in early 4/2013.

Checked my account (5/13) and found out that there is a charge of GBP89.91 made in late 4/13. Have no idea about this charge, made query to the company which selling the product. Offered to refund 50% (actual GBP44.0 nearly 50%).

The customer service said there is 'terms and conditions' in the website. Which I found out TODAY (5/2013) it is at the bottom of the webpage, in a separate pop out window until you press the 'terms & conditions'. Otherwise you wont have idea that you are going to be charged for after the trial period.

Beside, the order part of the webpage is under line of 'sample ...' which to me is totally misleading.

I am waiting for the refund and unsure whether I should make a complaint to certain trading authority. Such experience is unhappy, I wont recommend people to try the product/s but reminding them to be alert for the way they are doing the business.
