I met Jones White on match.com on February 18, 2013. He appeared to be a genuine, attentive, sincere man when we met. We communicate via email, phone, and text every day a number of times. We talked about men scamming women. He always had something to say that was convincing he was not one of those men. Over months of talking on the phone I got emotionally attached. His need to return home and to complete his project. However, he was not able to raise the entire funds he required to purchase the balance of his construction materials. He pleaded with me and indicated when he returned home he would pay me it all back with interest. I took a loan out and wire transferred the money. I realized its been only a few weeks. Now Jones has asked for more money to get his certificate as he is now required to pay for taxes before the Togo Government will release the project payment. Even though I had mentioned on numerous occasions I cannot help him out. He gets upset. i let him cool down. Just when I thought things were over, he contacts me again. Jones also provided me with a project proposal acceptance document, German passport and photos of the road construction site. Now my instincts are starting to kick in. I can't undue what I have already done. I regret it as I know, Jones is most likely a scammer; and, I may never see the money. I need to ensure this does not happen to others.
