I'm checking on the legitamacy of the above mentioned company. They have solicited computer service to me twice with terible results. Total charges to this point has been $439.98. Te las time I called their suppor # I was transferred to another company that claimed no association with them.

Hey Dave, the company you are talking about is a legitimate company with a satisfied customer database of around 10k customers. No one is perfect. But they took initiative to resolve each and every issue. They have a resolution rate of 97%.
