I ordered the "FREE" starter kit and was charged $99. Apparently, the fine print said I would be charged this money, but I had not read it. The ad is extremely misleading. I didn't find out about the charge until over 30 days later, when I received refills I DID NOT ORDER, and was charged $64.72 for. When I called to ask about returning it, I was told I could and given an address. I was also told that I could not return the original starter kit because it had been more than 30 days. That's why they wait more than 30 days to send you next shipment. I complained enough to get half of the money refunded, and I am supposed to be refunded for the refills when they get back to South Carolina, but who knows? As of today, I'm out about $175.
