I called the customer service this am an complained about the e-cig scam! $4.95 was suppost to be the price to cover shipping an saphire e-cig was to be free. now today i find out $49.83 was deducted from my bank account! i was told i signed up for this an i did not! this is a Scam!!! the customer service person john told me to send it back! an refused to give me the corp office address! make sure you do fall into this TRAP!!! i also had to close my bank account!
