I ordered a free trial promotion product 25th March 2013, I paid for postal costs which accumulated to around the region of 15GBP respectively, but since I have had 3 payments transacted from my account without my permission, 2 of these payments where withdrawn from my account within days apart, these payments where of the amounts 77GBP & 69GPB, a third payment of 77GBP was then withdrawn from my account on 18th May. A day before the third payment was withdrawn from my account I spoke to a customer service representative and asked for cancellation of my subscription yet still I have been charged and sent another product I DO NOT WANT and all I ask for is my refund and they have refused even though it clearly states in their terms and agreements Refunds, Returns and Cancellations section - "We will gladly accept returns and issue full refunds (less shipping and handling), no questions asked - for returns received within 30 days of the order date where no promotion was redeemed (i.e., Trial Promotions). For regular offers where the full product price is paid (not including Promotional Discounts or Trial Promotions), simply contact a Customer Service Representative to receive return instructions and self-addressed, prepaid postage." - I will not let this go, I have been ripped off and they have committed a breach of their contractual agreement therefore this is fraud and I will take this matter further. If anyone has additional advice on proceeding this fight please comment. Thank you.
