We have received numerious complaints that customers are purchasing map updates OR new maps for their navigation units, only to not receive them. We believe that Horizon Nav has gone out of business. However, their website is still active and scamming people out of their money for a product or service they (customer) will never recieve. Could you please investigate this website?

Horizon support took care of me. The support process email was slow, one email per working day, but it was resolved. I had a 2007 Jensen navigation programmed unit, and I wished to update the maps. They sold me the CD of the Navmate program with the 2011 maps. The activation code would not work, so the finally sent me a file that fixed the issue.
I just hope the company will support newer maps in the future. -
