I called what I thought was applecare because i was having problems with my iCloud and changing my apple ID also my new email!! I couldn't get my iPhone to accept the new changes so like I said I call what I believed to be applecare and before I knew it i was transferred to technical support! he I needed to pay 119.99 to fix the problem so thinking I'm still talking with apple I said ok ( not happy about it!!) then i was transferred to someone else...they asked me to connect my iPhone to my computer and then I was asked to agree to clicking ok for them to get in my computer to fix my iPhone so again I did...next thing I know the guy is clicking on all kinds of things!! i couldn't keep up with him!!! then he tells me he's going to scan my phone and fix the problem!! well he does help me but I didn't know he was putting a virus barrier on my phone and computer!! when he was done he asked for credit card to pay for the virus barrier and a hard drive!! I DIDN'T NEED EITHER OF THEM!!! I just wanted to fix my apple ID and email on my phone!! it was 224.97!! I was talking with my techhelp the whole time!! I tried to stop the whole thing put they only gave me a 69.99 so I'm out 275.00 and getting a hard drive I don't need!!! be very careful!! make sure you are really talking to apple when you have a problem with an apple product!!! now I have to cancel my credit card because I gave them my number from the start of this nightmare and they have it on file!!!! the good Lord knows what they are doing to people and I'm sure they will get theirs in the end!!! shame on you people!!!!
