Hello,
We have order trial free cosmetic for just posting charge. After 18 days we saw on my account that they took /charged/us for their products. Each product costs about £97. We spoke with the company but couldn't come to agreement. We will return them product tomorrow cos we don't wont them. Some of them we didn't even open and we wont the refund. We are not satisfied with them. But the company sad that even if we return them we won't get money beck because it is not in their terms and conditions. We done a little researches on line and saw that a lot of people were scammed on the same way. It is a new rip of people. The company behind all these is AZUREDEADSEA.COM tel.02034324687 and COLLAGENELIFE.COM /www.collagenta.com/tel.02035824082.
We fined out that they have the same address and that is the same company. The costumer service was bed and the lady on the phone was rued, unpolite, very hard to speak with. Me Anja Antolovic am disabled. My life is computer due to my illness. I can't go out a lot,just staying in bed all day. This is really stressful for me. Not able to trust and to be anxiousness about. Please if you can please help us and others that were reap off.
I would also like to complain the person on the phone that I spoke with on the day 24/05/2013 around 18:30. She drop the phone after 16 min. of conversation and than I called her beck.
