I began going through Icon Health & Fitness on 2/8/13 because they are the warranty company for NoricTrack. A repair man was sent to my house 3 times and the Freemotion Elliptical manufactured by NorcTrack could not be repaired. It has taken me many hours on hold and speaking with Customer Service Reps and finally sent to Product Resolution. I was told my machine would be replaced. Apparently though part of the warranty not explained to the innocent buyer is that it is at your cost to remove the malfunction machine. Do you know how huge and heavy these machines are and how expensive to have them removed are. By the way, I still do not have a replacement machine as of 5/29/13 and noone can tell me when it is supposed to arrive. I do not understand how Icon Health & Fitness can control the warranties for just about all the fitness equipment brands but it is a huge scam. My motor died after 1 Year and 3 months. That is crazy! Still awaiting resolution.
