just found out for the last 5 months that this firm alc alcuda has been taking £39.99 out of my bank i did not give permission to this and seriously pissed of and want my money back total money taken is £239-94 been intouch with my banks fraud team and they are looking into it !!!!!

i managed to find a number for this company that when i contacted when i questioned them about payments taken frpm my account they cancelled what my card was attached to and told me the money will be returned within 7 to 10 working days
