I have changed my address before and searched usps change my address and clicked the first link that came up which reads: USPS® Change Of Address - change-my-address.com?

This is a scam! It is set up exactly like the postal service site so I didn't think twice when they asked for a credit card as the USPS does and they charge $1. Then upon reviewing my credit card statement I saw a charge for $19.95! I called the post office because changeofaddress.com is related to their usps.com, while I was on the phone I realized this site was change-of-address.com and was a scam that was disguising themselves as the post office. Upon calling I was informed it was a 40 minute wait and that there were 29 people in front of me. The "40 minute wait" actually took 23 minutes. I'm sure they bank on people just hanging up. I waited on the phone spoke with a rep and requested a refund, she asked for my name and last four digits of the card and said I would receive an email confirmation and it would take 3-5 business days for full amount to return to my card. We will see. Will be worth the wait if it does. Now onto usps.com to actually change my address. Good luck!
