I ordered a 55" Sony Bravia LCD from Blinq (without prior knowledge) through Sears on March 25....I received a confirmation email through Sears that my item has been shipped and will be delivered by June 3.....however I did not receive a delivery time nor can I track it with the so called tracking number.....who is delivering my tv.... I hope it's not Fed Ex or UPS who are known mishandle packages......I'm so upset right now!!

Update...... haven't received my 55" Sony LCD yet and already I am very very disappointed...got a call from the company who is delivering it.....was told they will only place tv, in box inside front door....in order to have it placed upstairs in my loft where it belongs that requires white glove delivery service and the upgrade would have to come from the company of purchase.... I called your CS and was told that LCD will have to be opened up and taken out of box by delivery guy and that I could ask as a courtesy to have them place where I want it...then I called Ceva Logistics back and was told this is absolutely not the case......not only is my tv arriving a day later than it's supposed to but it's going to sit downstairs until I can find two guys and pay them to take it upstairs.....very upset....this has been a nightmare from the moment I placed the order and at this point I don't even want the tv....and regarding your return policy, I was told to keep the box it comes in for returns.... who wants to keep a large box around for clutter?? I don't have a basement and it can't be stored outside because it won't be protected from the rain as the CSR suggested...then I was told if I throw the box away I would have to go out find/buy another one for return...this is the worst experience I have ever had with an online purchase and you can be assured I will NEVER purchase anything from Blinq!
