This company is just rip off. I had mail coupon and called the 1-877 and scheduled an appointment. They guys were off and first this one of them said you need to replace your air condition unit which is odd without checking the unit like which to me it looks like highway robbery. The coupon's offer was to clean air ducts, dryer vent, replace filter and A/C check. The guys were more interested on selling you a new unit then what the coupon said. They didn't do the A/C 21 points check and didn't have the filter but they said will be sent over to my address within 14 days, which didn't happen. I called the local number here in Jacksonville 904-329-1190 but got no were with them. I told that I am going to report them to BBB but they didn't care. So here I am... Don't call them or let them inside your house
