I ordered a pair of Jimmy Choo shoes from this company. Initially the payment page informed me that the payment had not Been processed via an error page. Reluctant to resubmit and risk being charged twice, I contacted the company owner (Lisa?) via the link on the website asking if payment had gone through and whether the order was confirmed. She confirmed the same day that it had indeed been processed and that the shoes were on their way to me. A couple of weeks later, I received the shoes. The shoes themselves are superficially very nice, but I highly doubt their authenticity due to the overall quality. Though reading other users reviews, I'm just thankful to have received anything at all.
