shoesaleus.com positions itself like a reliable US online store and the web-page looks absolutely fine. I made my order and paid 176,99 USD including 7,99 for express delivery and thus my nightmare started. I got a reply from a person named Lisa whose English made me suspicious from the first e-mail as it was more Chinese English than American. This person confirmed my order, assured me that the ordered shoes are original Jimmy Choo Shoes, but warned me that the delivery will not happen earlier than in three weeks because of the "very strict German customs" and advised to lie to the customs that i get the parcel from my friend from abroad in order to avoid customs fees.
in about one week i got a confirmation that the parcel was shipped off and a tracking number of ATTENTION Chinese post!! at the same time i got a bank slip from my bank account where BREATHING WARM A.P.A.-BEIJING was named as the receiver of my bank transfer from the side of the named internet-store. thus, it became clear that the whole story has nothing to do with internet-shopping in the US, but is simply a "business" of manufacturing fake products in China.
After some more weeks i got an invitation from my local customs office stating that there is a parcel on my name and they need my presence in order to clarify if i was to pay any customs fees for the parcel. arriving there i had a chance to open the parcel first of all and what i saw there was horrible and smelling glue extremely. the "shoes" had nothing to do with the original ones from Jimmy Choo, were of poor quality and ugly. i had a chance to refuse to accept the parcel and it was shipped off back to the chinese address mentioned on the parcel. i informed the person named Lisa correspondingly of the incident.
there is an intensive e-mail exchange with this person as i'm insisting on the full refund of the paid amount. Lisa, in return, always obusing me, saying that i'm a lier, that the shoes are nevertheless the original luxury product, that they have big losses because of me. yesterday this person went even further - she offered that i pay 35$ of the postage fee and than i will get the refund of the amount paid for the shoes. And she is threatening to disclose my contact and credit card information in order to cause problems to me.

Such lies and further actions of the "seller" are highly unacceptable for me.
