Noticed 4 separate charges from "SUPPORTRALTD.COM" when auditing my bank statement. Three charges back to back on April 30, 2013 for $2.50 then one charge for $39.95. Prior to seeing the charges on my statement, I had never heard of, nor been to the site. I contacted them inquiring as to how they came to charge my card and they told me I'd signed up for their newsletter? (I think that's what they said it was for- some club or something for singles. I newly married so I know that was WRONG! And my husband & I don't share accounts or cards yet.) They were unable to provide with any personal information regarding my supposed account with them saying that they were just facilitating or managing billing for the actual company that I "signed up with". They could not explain why I was charged (the seemingly to me) the test amounts of $2.50 three times or what those charges were for. Yeah, they were checking to see if they could get it to go thru! But they promptly refunded my money to my account and I ordered new CCs.
