I was fooled by the debit proccessing company called Cardex, then changed their name into Pivotal payments. I singed with them when the contacted me and promised to save me lots of money thru low rates and by signing a contract for 48 months then after that I will own the machine, I still have the letters to prove that. I did sign that was in 2004, and even since I could not get out of this contract, they were threatening me to charge me with a $500 fine, so I stayed with them until 2 years when I decided to follow the new code of conduct that allows me to give them a notice wothout being fined. I was surprised that I am still paying $39.20 monthly for a lease I was not aware of with this leasing company called LFG. This is when I got very mad at pivotal too because they fooled me saying I will own the machine after 48 months, but ended up paying over $4000 for this old machine that for the last few years I was not even using. Pivotal said sorry you have to contact LFG and get your self out of the contract, we are not responsible for what the sales rep told you! LFG said you have signed with us thru Pivotal so you need to continue to pay! I have called them million times, they are very unprofessional and they hang on you and they never reply to emails. Finally I got one of their managers sent me email saying that I have to pay $285 to get out of it. I asked him how he came to this number but he is not answering, what a scam, I wish I can go door to door and warn every business to saty away and be careful.
