This company was using my visa to send product which I tried on a trial basis. I called them several times as I still have product to spare. So they changed my shipping times. On May 27 I noted a charge from this company for $106.16. I called them and advised them I did not want any more product right now and not to send same. I was advised they mailed it on May 23. They state then they could give me a discount on the price. I said no as I still have product but I will return to sender when I receive same. I was advised I could not do this and would have to repackage and send it back with a RMA # to Bainbridge & Knight same address as Rejuvenex . I was not pleased with this as now I was paying postage again. To date after several calls I was advised that they would refund $89 out of $106.16 as the rest of that was shipping & handling and possibly exchange on dollar value. So they sent me something I did not want using my visa card. Charged me S&H. and if I was returning same I had to pay postage again. Two customer service people out of the five that I spoke to were polite and the others were rude.

Anyone thinking of any transactions with this company be advised.
