on july 1st 2013 i had an unauthorized charge from my wellsfargo checking acct , i immediately filed a claim in july 2nd, and was given a claim number at that time , wellsfargo rep had also advised me to wait between 7-10 business days for the result, then on july 9th when i called back they advised me to wait for 3 more days , but at that time they did generate a new claim number which i never authorized , so i called the third time same thing happened , just wait and there is a new claim number again , so i got 3 different claim numbers , then on july the 16 i received a letter from wellsfargo saying they cant not reimburse my business acct due to i report it too late but the letter referencing the different claim number , totally different than the first one that i filed on july 2nd.
Today i called again and talk to their resolution department and basicly was told that there is no way for them to get that money back , because small business owner dont have the protection from FDIC, this is ridiculuos because let say this is true why didnt advice me that when i first open a business checking with them , yep liar , listen wellsfargo your bank is more like a robbery , you dont care who is suffering , as long as it is not you . I will definitely pursuing a law suit because each time i called your claim department , each time i was told a different thing, at this point there is no hope for me to recover my loss due to the fact that wellsfargo bank is just lile another scam company , they dont give (Inappropriate Content Removed).
