Terrible service. Took me to a run around between 3 agents. First agent I could hear his radio playing while talking to me. Asked me to run a file for him which he said will take 45mins and asked me to buy their own anti virus which I blindly did if it would help with my problem. I ran it took 40mins maybe 35, called back and their offices were closed. Next morning called them back furious with the service and lack of communication and asked them for a refund for not solving my problem. The tech said before he would, he would like to take a crack at it so he remotely accessed my pc and proceeded to do the exact same failed procedure the agent before him did. He then proceeded to pass me off to another agent. 3rd agent did the exact same thing. I had told him that this was done before, so he said he would check my file. I also mentioned the first agent I spoke to charged me for purchasing their anti virus but they have not sent/installed it to my pc yet. They did so, then he proceeded to try to fix my main problem but to no avail. Just admit you can't fix it and give me my money back!
