I ordered 4 band saw blades direct from their factory , as the dealer Bluegrass saw in Lebanon Ky 40033 could not be reached, .. They were shipped Fob Chaffee , sales person Robert Fraser #30
When received I saw the blade material was cupped , bad and knew they were defective and would not work . I called the factory , they told me to return the blades and they would give me credit .. At the time I told them 1 blade in the previous order was also defective . I was to return 5 blades ..The next day they called and said not to return the blades but they would give credit , but never did .
