Ivory tools said that is was a free trial, but I had to pay for shipment of $1.03 on 10/03/2011. That's was all. I never received an email and didn't know it came in the mail, until four days later, in a brown box, that was unidentified to open. Then, I was charged $3.87 on 10/05/2011, then again on 10/11/2011 for $78.41. So, I called them to cancel, and the refuse to refundmy money and to speak with a supervisor on 10/13/2011. I got the run around and no supervisor and no money!!!!
