Wife called this company to come to our house to clean the ducts. They looked at the ducts and said that we had serious mold problems but they could fix with a $800 solution in addition to the $200 duct cleaning. The $200 duct cleaning was for two units-one per floor. They hooked up a large vacuum cleaner to one (1) duct downstairs and after 30-45 minutes they claimed to have "cleaned" all the ducts in the house including the upstairs (which isn't connected).... they wanted to do a deep cleaning for the $800 more to sanitize the ducts - I said no. Then they started telling me we had a leak in our refrigeration line (in the wall) which they somehow figured out with their magical powers. They then wanted $1000 to fix that (by spraying some leak sealer into the line). I refused all of these services and asked them to leave. All I wanted was a real duct cleaning and a real AC clean for both units. They were not interested in doing any real work - it was a paid sales call for them to inspect and suggest thousands of dollars worth of issues that can be fixed for pennies. On the upside - after calling 3 different companies they were the only one to show up. I'll just do it myself.
