SMUD fuse exploded and started a fire on my property

On August 17, 2011 at 14:32:50 I had to make a 911 telephone call to the Wilton Fire Department because the telephone pole transmitter located at the corner of 10919 Green Rd., and Wilton Rd., in Wilton exploded and started a fire on my property. The fire department had to put out the fire which burned my trees which look like they are dying. I have been unable to report this incident to SMUD for lack of time and date the trees were burned as a result of the exploding transmitter that belongs to SMUD. I finally received the time and date from Verizon Wireless 911 call on October 13, 2011. I also have photographs of the burned trees.
