I discovered that 76.97 had been withdrawn from my bank account without authorization from me. I never received or ordered any books from them. They wrote back and said that I had failed to fulfill my contract with them, therefore, it was OK for them to charge me. That was fine, but they should have sent me a bill vs taking money out of my account with permission. I never give my bank account information to anyone, therefore, I do not know where they got this information from. I consider that stealing. I wrote them a letter letting them know that I had alerted my bank and the BBB of these unauthorized actions. I have closed my account with them and plan to never join another bookclub ever.
