We Bought a floor from this company hardwood flooring we paid a lot of money for flooring the salesman told it carried 20 yr warrenty well the floor is starting to come in the middle it has a big buckle when i cntacted them they said o it is only a one year warranty how convient since we purchased it in 10/12/09 i asked twice for a supervisor twice wasnt in the building asked for somebody but she stated they are on there own
