On the 27th of September, 2011, I agreed to a free program advertised by the company named above. (Grant Assist .org) I understood that the program was completey free, & notified that ONLY a small S&H charge of $2.95 was required. I put my Credit card info in, and went on with my day. Today is 10/14/11, & I called my bank to verify a direct deposit, and to my suprise, that $2.95 was not processed by grantassit.org, but a $57.93 pmt was processed instead! I am upset, sick to my stomach, & all in all, exteremely disappointed, & dissatisfied. I attempted to resolve this issue with the aforesaid company, only to have displeasing interaction with a very RUDE "customer service" representative. I have children to feed, support, drive to scool, & pay for school lunches. I would NEVER have agreed to such a LARGE amount being deducted from my account for something like this, & seem to get noplace by going straight to the source. Please help!
