They offered a 14 day free trial, saying that you had 14 days to try the product which I had tried on 5/26 when I placed the order. the box arrived on June 1st I started the product and it made me ill it took a few day for me to realize that it was this product, so I tried to locate it online and was unable to find it, my history, cookies and cache is removed every time I close a browser. I finally went to the invoice that was emailed to me when purchased on it was an email address to cancel, I sent the email on the 11th of June. on the 12th I was billed $89.95 by a company I did not recognize and there apparently was another charge pending, since I had cancelled the other Slim/Detox Pro and they sent emails confirming the cancellation I did not think it was them and the names did not match on my Bank statement, I tried calling the number that was on the bank statement and it just rang and rang with no answer. I went ahead and filed a fraud complaint at my bank and received my money back. Now, move forward to the 27th of Aug when I receive a letter from bank indicating that the money is going out of my account back to slim/Detox Pro fought my fought my fraud stating my 14 day we up!! they said that under their terms it started at the date of purchase NOT the date received, which would have given me 6 days to try their horrible product. when I spoke with them today they said that it was about the terms (their terms are a box that states "Satisfaction Guaranteed" and that I checked a box agreeing to the terms, the box I checked was to certify I was 18 years or older and 2 spaces down it said and agree to terms and conditions) there were no Terms and Conditions when the box says Satisfaction guaranteed! My last point is since they are so adamant about the terms and conditions then they should have billed me on the 8th but they billed me on the 10th if they don't follow their Terms why should I be held to them? This is a bad company and where I work I have heard from others the same thing is a SCAM!!!
