I called a number in Paris (France) from a public phone at the central train station in Bern (Switzerland) on October 30, 2013 at around 22:30 (hour in Bern). I left a 30 seconds voicemail and I was charged $52.10 -- This is outrageously unfair since the operator did not provide any information about the expected price.
