I subscribed for a Hosting service and bought a domain (marketshelf.net) from you guys on 05/13/2013, Automated PayDays Pro [v1] for Internet marketing. Soon I realized I won’t need multiple domains or Hosting service.

So, I put forward a Cancellation request for the subscription on 06/11/2013 [Ticket- #DIJ-187556], 2 days prior to the ‘30 day Money back’ Trial period ends.
I even called your 24x7 Toll-Free Help line 866-200-2828 (Shockingly it's not even toll free, I had to pay for international call)... but there also the Exec. just wrote me off saying Adam R will handle this, they can’t. And Mr. Adam R seems to be the most idiotic and careless exec ever, that he can’t even close on a simple cancellation request on time. Pathetic!!

The ticket status link also don’t work, it asks to login even if I’m already logged into the client area.
In My Product page, the service is still listed and shows a message in ‘Cancel’ link.

I tried transferring the domain I purchased here (marketshelf.net) to godaddy.com. But godaddy have been trying from the last 1 month to get an acknowledgement from [email protected]. they don't even reply to that.

It is already more than 2 months I requested for cancellation and I still don’t have any resolution. I want this ridiculous episode to end ASAP.

Can you please help, get my refund.
