I noticed a suspicious charge on my account today & called the number listed on my bank statement of 877-831-1388. The customer service manager Max advised me that I was not the only one involved in this scam & that a full investigation is pending. They offered to credit back the charges but refused to give me Veluminous' number to reach out to them. I am still awaiting a call back from the owner.
