The first encounter I was told that I would get a watch, some magazines, and some coupons from some gas company. This person was named Bob and he then forwarded me to his supervisor, Gina. Everything sounded okay until closer to the end of the phone call. Keep in mind, I remember them not giving me a contact number for them as well as not telling me a cancellation period. They took the money right from that time. When I looked more into the company I figured it was some kind of scam so I changed my card number immediately.

They called me a month later saying that I had to pay but I told them why would I pay for something I have not received. This person said her name was Gina but she didn't sound like the happy, outgoing person I talked to in the first place. She asked me what I was told that would be sent and I told her the magazines and the watch. She said the gift would released when I signed some gift release form but then I reminded her that I have not received absolutely nothing from her company and that I wasn't going to pay until I received something to make me think otherwise. She also told me that I could not cancel my subscription. She said she will make a note and a hung up.

The third time they called this person said her name was Renee. I told her everything that happened. She said that there was a three day cancellation policy which made no sense because it's hard to receive something in three days. I told her that I don't recall that cancellation fee, I just remembered the save city which was seven days. When I said I didn't remember that she said she would play the recording back to me. I didn't agree it because I know I would have written it down. Then she went on to say that out of courtesy the cancellation period was extended to two weeks. I was not notified of this and I didn't do anything in the month as I was waiting on what they were sending me in the first place. I asked her I was not notified of the extention and she said that they are not obligated to tell us which is a load of crap. I repeated that I wasn't paying for something I am not receiving. She gave me some options like i either pay, or lower my payment, or leave it and they would send me to collections. She also didn't allow me to speak to someone higher up. I am very close to changing my number but the sound of collections kind of scares me so I want a way out of this.
