On the validation form it shows Participating Sponsor: DV365 and Voucher Number: FA-069605.
My wife and I showed up for the seminar with no intent of buying. They asked questions of us to make sure we qualified, like annual income, wanted to see a valid picture ID, and a credit card. I thought it was strange they wanted to see my credit card. She took it looked at it and handed it right back and I didn't think any more about it. I'm wondering now if they had a camera somewhere to capture the front and back of the card. We submitted the voucher form and sent our $4.95 but have yet to receive anything back from them. We have changed out our credit card since the seminar.
