Ordered (free?) trial of Rejuvenex product, paying only for shipping ($4.99) in early July, 2013. After receiving and using for a week and a half, I called to cancel on July 13 as I saw no difference. They talked me into using the product for a couple more weeks to see if I noticed any improvement. I called again on July 24 to cancel. On July 21 they posted a charge of $89.99 to my credit card. When I called to see if this charge would be refunded, they said no, that was the charge for the trial I had ordered. Not only does this product not do what it claims, but the company's advertising tactics are very questionable in my opinion. The way the "trial" of the product is presented leads you to believe that you can try the product and then decide if you want to place an order. What they do is send you an order and then bill you for it before you realize what's going on. Then after the fact they tell you that you did indeed place an order when you sent for the "trial" offer. It's all subversively explained in the very fine print. I will never order a trial of any product again and I will certainly advise anyone who will listen not to do business with this disreputable company. This was nothing but a blatant scam and this company should be investigated!
