I ordered flowers online via Wesley Flowers on 9/11/13 thru their website. I ordered them at 11am and paid the extra $4.99 in addition to their same day delivery charge to have the flowers delivered to someone by 3pm the same day. Around 5'oclock I realized the flowers were never delivered. They were suppose to be a surprise but I eventually had to ask the recipient if they received them. I called Wesley Berry multiple times thru two different phone numbers they listed for customer service. Each time no one answered and I was directly to a voicemail which they stated someone would return my call promptly. Well, after leaving five messages I decided to email them. I emailed another 6/7 times still no call back, message back and still no flowers!!!! I stated I wanted a refund and for someone to contact me back but still nothing. So now it's 9/12 at 10:30 and I decided to call paypal since I paid thru my paypal account. After waiting on hold with paypal for which seemed like forever I finally get thru to someone clearly out of another country. I tell her the problem and how I want to report this company as fraud and receive a refund. She has the audacity t connect me to Wesley Berry customer service (weird how she gets right thru? Paypal is also in my opionon horrible for customer service, maybe the are in this scam together.) Anyways, the lady from Wesley Berry is rude right from the start. never issues an apology and proceeds to state she has no idea where the flowers are??? I told her just give me a refund and she states maybe they are out for delivery she has to check. At this point I don't want the flowers. They were suppose to be delivered yesterday not today. She tells me it's not her problem and to deal. I asked for a supervisor and she proceeds to hang up on me. I've never in my life expierenced such a fraud company. I have called back an emailed 5 more times but still no answer and no flowers!! HOW ON EARTH DOES BBB GIVE THIS COMPANY AN A+ RATING WHEN THEY HAVE OVER 1,900 COMPLAINTS!!
